Mr. Augusto will confirm the booking of your accommodation by e-mail. Payment is made directly to Life Needs Pausas, Lda. via bank transfer. 30% of the invoice amount are due immediately and the rest in cash on the day of arrival. The payment receipt will be confirmed by e-mail from Life Needs Pausas Lda.

OLIMAR Reisen Vertriebs GmbH in Cologne

Bookings of Hotel Vila Galé **** Ericeira as well as Europcar rental cars are subject to the AGB´s of Olimar Reisen Vertriebs GmbH in Cologne, entry in the commercial register: entry in the commercial register. Paulo Marques da Costa will confirm your booking by e-mail. 30% of the invoice amount are due immediately and the rest are due in cash before arrival. The receipt of payment is confirmed by e-mail from Paulo Marques da Costa. Credit cards are not accepted.

Quinta dos Raposeiros

In collaboration with the Quinta dos Raposeiros, AL… (coming soon), Silke Giesecke forwards your booking directly to Quinta dos Raposeiros and confirms the booking on your behalf. The payment is made directly to the Quinta dos Raposeiros. The Euro value of the 1st overnight stay is due immediately. The balance is due via visa or cash at check-in.

Hotel Camarão / Atlantic Ericeira Lodge / Atlantico beach

In cooperation with Hostelshub Lisbon, coming soon /AL, Silke Giesecke will forward your booking directly to Hostelshub and confirm it on behalf of Hostelshub. Payment is made directly to the owners. The total amount is due within 24 hours of receipt of the reservation confirmation by bank transfer or a credit card will be deposited, which will be charged at check-in.arrival. Amar Hostel, Suites & Surf Camp

In cooperation with the Amar Silke Giesecke forwards your booking directly to the Amar. The Amar will confirm the booking of your accommodation or the booked package. The total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation: 48 hours or less before 00 am of the day of arrival – retention 30%. 1 week or less before 00:00 o’clock of the day of arrival – retention 20%. Cancellation more than 1 week before 00 o’clock of the day of arrival will be refunded 100%.

No refunds will be made after check-in. The room/bed will be kept for you up to 3 hours after your estimated time of arrival. After this time, the room will be vacated.

Surfing: If the surf course is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, no refund will be made.

Ericeira Surf House

In cooperation with the Ericeira Surf House, AL…… , Silke Giesecke forwards your booking directly to the managing directors of the Ericeira Surf House, and confirms it on behalf of the Ericeira Surf House. Payment is made directly to the Ericeira Surf House by bank transfer. The deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booking request must be paid by the guest within 7 days of the confirmation e-mail in order to definitely confirm the booking. The rest (70%) of the total amount of the booking must be paid at the latest 4 weeks prior to the arrival date to Ericeira Surf House. It is also possible for the guest to pay the total amount of the booking request as the deposit. In this case the normal cancellation and refund policies also apply.

Cancellation: The date when the host receives the cancellation will be deciding for the amount refunded to the guest. Cancellation in days before departure: Percentage of total amount refunded: Over 4 weeks (28 days) 70%, 28 days or less 0%.

ORGANIC SAO JULIAO SURFSCHOOL

In cooperation with the Organic São Julião Surf School Silke Giesecke will forward your booking directly to the Organic São Julião Surf school. Stay & Surf will confirm your booking upon receipt of the Organic São Julião Surfschool invoice. 50% of the invoice amount is due immediately and the rest cash at the spot.

If the surf course is cancelled due to bad weather conditions there will be no refund.

U-House

In cooperation with José Gregorio, 25963/AL, Silke Giesecke will forward your booking directly to José Gregorio. José Gregorio will confirm the booking of your accommodation by e-mail. 20% of the invoice amount is due immediately and the rest until 14 days before arrival.The payment will be confirmed by e-mail by José Gregorio. Credit cards are not accepted.

You and the sea**** Hotel & Apartments

In cooperation with You and the sea Silke Giesecke will forward your booking directly to You and the sea and confirm it on behalf of You and the sea. Payment is made directly to You and the sea.The full invoice amount is due at check-in, so no deposit is required. For security, a credit card is deposited. Reservations cancelled or altered up to 3 days notice are without penalty.Cancellations from the 3rd day before the arrival have a penalty of 100% of the total booking.

Non Refundable – you have the guarantee of the best price, but implies the full payment at the time of the booking, non refundable and non modifiable. Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices. In case of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Immerso Hotel

In cooperation with IMMERSO, Silke Giesecke forwards your booking directly to IMMERSO and confirms your reservation on behalf of IMMERSO. Payment is made directly to IMMERSO in the form of a credit card, which must be deposited for security at the time of booking and will only be charged at check-in.

Refundable rates: Cancellations less than 3 days after 18 h local time will be charged the full amount.
Non-refundable rates: They have the guarantee of the best price but imply full payment at the time of booking, non-refundable and non-changeable.

Any change to the reservation may result in changes to the rates. In case of no-show or early departure, the entire reservation will be charged.

Silke Giesecke is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or quality of the accommodation and surf school services offered. Silke Gauss expressly refers to the general terms and conditions of business and payment of the respective accommodations and surf schools.

Silke Giesecke is not responsible for any consequences that may arise for users from the booking contracts. Providers and responsible for the content of the accommodation and surf school offered as well as the information associated with them are the respective providers named in the results of the search.
